Built for teams that have to prove their answers.
Chronum started from a simple observation: most organizations can tell you an employee was active, but very few can tell you whether that time advanced the plan, whether the exceptions were reviewed fairly, or whether any of it can be proven to an auditor six months later.
Work-intelligence tooling has a trust problem
Most products in this category are built to catch people, not to govern work — and that design choice is exactly why so many rollouts stall at the employee-acceptance stage. Chronum is built the other way around.
Transparency before measurement
A record the person being recorded cannot inspect is a record they will resist — and a weak one. Every employee sees exactly what exists about them and can challenge it. That is the precondition for the data being worth anything, not a feature bolted on afterwards.
Intent, then evidence
Activity without intent is noise. Chronum requires a plan first, then compares what actually happened against it. The gap between the two is the product — not the raw activity feed most tools stop at.
Exceptions get reviewed, not just noticed
Corrections, unplanned work and leave route to a human with a mandatory justification and a before/after record. A governed timeline means someone accountable looked at the difference and decided.
Evidence as a by-product
Compliance evidence assembled after the fact, from systems never designed to produce it, is expensive and brittle. Every action here lands in an append-only, hash-chained spine as it happens — so the evidence already exists when someone asks.
Vivartan Enterprises
Chronum is a product of Vivartan Enterprises Private Limited, an Indian software company building enterprise platforms, developer and AI tooling, and research programmes — each built in-house and owned outright.
Being small is deliberate. It means the people who designed the governance model are the ones who answer your security questionnaire, and a pilot gets attention rather than a queue position.
